Just One Norfolk
Just One Norfolk is a website providing advice and guidance for children, young people and families in Norfolk and Waveney. Call Just One Number on 0300 300 0123 or text 07520 631590 with any questions or concerns about your child's health, wellbeing or development.
Also on the Just One Norfolk website there is the Solihull Online Learning, which can help parents and carers to recognise emotions in themselves and their children and how these can impact on behaviour.
Parenting Mental Health
Parenting Mental Health offers help to parents that are supporting a child with a mental health issue.
Family Lives
Offering support to parent and carers through online courses and resources. Free and confidential helpline providing emotional support, advice and guidance on any aspect of parenting and family life.
Family Action
Supporting parents and carers of children and young people in Norfolk and Waveney who are waiting for/undergoing neurodevelopmental assessment, or where there has been a recent diagnosis of autism or ADHD.
